Don't cut yourself short on your success. You're already successful with your weight loss. Don't judge your progress by the time it takes you to lose weight. That's setting yourself up for failure. You're absolutely right about eating more fat. It sounds almost crazy, but I can second that statement as true. Ever since I have changed over to the coconut oil and taking out sugar while keeping fat in, the weight has been coming off much easier for me than ever before :)
