I eat WW ice cream several times a week!

Do you take measurements? Since my entire body was getting smaller at the same time it was hard for me to see that my belly was actually shrinking while looking in the mirror. However, I can easily see progress with the tape measure.

I get up @ 4:15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and go to the gym. The rest of the week I work out in the evenings so I am able to get up @ 6:20 and get ready for work.

I wish mine was closer. I have actually lost 15lbs during the past 8 weeks. My fitbit shows my burned calories 230,693 and my consumed calories 148,374. That is a deficit of 82319 which translates to 23.51 lbs.

Ditto..first time around I went from 218 to 183, and the I quit and and gained it all back and then some to 226.6. I am now back down to 215.
