Amazing I`ve just come from the gym and one of the instructors was very complimentary about my weight loss,50lbs in total, so keep it up,it feels great doesn`t it??

You are what you eat, wear a calorie counter,eat pizza but less calorie value than you burn off, you`ll loose weight. Don`t forget a healthy mixed diet makes you feel great.:smile:

I was in the same zone, I slightly increased my protein intake and that worked for me:happy:

Porridge, no sugar,no honey just porridge before gym,then tuna and cottage cheese

That's how I started before joining myfitness,secret is being honest with yourself also. Another great tip is have full length mirrors so you can see for yourself what others actually see, not what you think they see.

You need to WANT to loose weight, so my tip is get your head right first.

I fully understand where you are coming from, I own a chocolate shop so temptation is with me daily, do what I do pre-load your foods and stick to them, AND get rid of the candy and other treats from your home, do it now!!!!!!
