Calibrated static cycles
As many of my friends on MFP know I love the Trixter bike at my gym, question is how accurate is the calorie burn count? I have my updated age and weight in the settings so I`m assuming it`s pretty spot on? anybody have any ideas?

OH No
I have a typically English spring fair this weekend, I will be selling lots of chocolate and wines,trouble is everyone around me will have lots of goodies including cheese, another weakness!!!!!!!

I really really like chocolate, I sell chocolate, flowers and wines but I`m struggling to leave off the chocolate:laugh:

An amazing aerobic workout, if you can get on a Trixster bike at your gym or afford to buy one do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:smile:

Trixster Bike
Looking forward to getting back to the gym today and my favourite Trixster bike, going for at least an 800 calorie workout today.

Cardio v Weights
I know I need to do weight training for my upper body, BUT I really like doing cardio, especially on the Trixster bike at the gym, big dilemma????

Size Matters
When I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of 2011 I was a 38" waist, by the end of 2011 I was a 34", My waistline gradually grew until the end of 2013 my precious 34" waisted jeans were tight, NOW I`m in size 32" and definitely not going back because this time I have myfitnesspal.

Missed Weigh In
Although I missed my weigh in this morning I still feel good, I am confident I will have lost another pound or so, so we`ll see in the morning. Gym felt great today,good upper body workout,very pleased.

Actually I`ve lost 17pounds
I started completing my food diary after I started to loose weight so I`m pleased to say I have, since 1st January lost 17lbs. Combination of using the Trixster bike and sticking to completing myfitnesspal food diary has helped me.:happy:

Greatest Help
The greatest help for me during my weight loss are the mirrors we have round the house, mirrors don`t lie, they're not rude or insulting they just deliver it the way it is. I originally started weight loss at the end of 2010, I was 228 I`m now 182.

1200 calories
Before I joined my fitness I was logging everything manually at the end of each day I found I had had between 800 & 900 calories,but now being part of my fitness I am eating 1200 calories and feel so much better, I can and do some days burn off more calories than I take in but still feel good in myself, my weight loss is…
