Chocolate

I really really like chocolate, I sell chocolate, flowers and wines but I`m struggling to leave off the chocolate:laugh:

As a chocoholic, I sympathize with your situation. I've retrained myself to only eat dark chocolate (usually 85%-90% or so). I usually buy the 85% dark bars at Trader Joe's. It satisfies your desire for chocolate without going to crazy if you consume it in limited quantities (1/2 bar limit for me). You can buy dark chocolate with coconut in it, too. I also love that but it's so popular I have trouble finding it on the shelf depending on sales. Hope this helps.

I love chocolate too (like really really like it). One square of Ghirardelli Intense Dark chocolate with sea salt and roasted almonds is 50 calories (but be careful, they can be addicting even if you aren't a dark chocolate person!).
When I just have to have chocolate, I eat a square of that dark chocolate with a handful of strawberries. It helps the craving

i love chocolate - at the moment it's on my mind as it's all over the shops and I chose to add not eating chocolate to my lent routine this year - so i'm quite nervous about easter ... whether my willpower will be good enough to help me have some chocolate but not over indulge

but generally - if you like it eat it - but log it and track it and be honest about how much you are eating and enjoy :)

I know my suggestion is hard but I always find that cutting it out completely is the best solution. I've done it a few times and even though I LOVE chocolate, my eating has changed and I don't crave it any more. It's hard not to have anything sweet after dinner but I drink tea or simply wait it out and distract myself. Good luck hope it goes well :)
