Cardio v Weights

I know I need to do weight training for my upper body, BUT I really like doing cardio, especially on the Trixster bike at the gym, big dilemma????

    Not sure why you only need to do weight training on your upper body. You're gonna end up like those guys at the gym with big biceps and little chicken legs. I personally, do BOTH weights (low rep, high weight) and cardio. If you enjoy cardio (like I do) then do it. :flowerforyou:
