  • I like the 80cal raspberry dark chocolate ice cream bars that are at most grocery stores, the 100cal Keebler snack packs, and hersheys dark chocolate kisses are 40cal each.

  • I think its a personal choice and every ones body reacts differently. I tried it and adding my extra 1500 calories or so calories over Saturday and Sunday would leave me on Monday with a gain and I would feel absolutely miserable physically and mentally.
