    when i'm lifting i need quiet so i dont start listening to the song and forget how many reps i did LOL

    really anything that has a positive message keeps me moving.

    My all-time favorite is "Now That We Found Love" by Heavy D and The Boyz. I also love "Raise Your Glass" by Pink and "Club Can't Handle Me" by Flo Rida.

    I went for "classic" today- William Tell Overture, Khatchaturian's Saber Dance, and a couple of Led Zeppelin favorites (When the Levee Breaks, Gallows Pole).

    I usually listen to upbeat party/pop songs. So typically songs by Katy Perry, Ke$ha, P!nk, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Britney Spears, etc. I also love music from Glee too.

    My favorite at the moment though is Let It Go by Idina Menzel from Frozen :)

    Check out Cher's new CD "Closer to the Truth." LOADED with great workout songs. 'I Dont Have to Sleep to Dream" is a particular fave.

    Canned Heat by Jamiroquai is my ultimate running song. Every time I hear it, I can't help picking up some speed and all the exhaustion fades. Why? Cause I've got canned heat in my heels!

    I was just about to mix up my workout playlist! I like different songs for different workouts (if the beat matches what I do, I feel like it's a bit more fun and goes quicker! OCD at it's finest, right?)

    They literally change every 2 seconds, but so far I'm liking...

    Cardio (something with a peppy beat):

    Not really got a fav., but I downloaded the Pandora app on my phone & search for club music/dance music/e.g.; I do aerobic dancing to however the music moves me. It works for me….because I tend to get bored with routine. This is week 7 for me…..I actually started working out before counting calories….combined….it seems to be doing the trick in getting the weight off. =)
  • Well, I have over 5000 songs and usually just press shuffle. But my favorite for the last week or so has been Three Days Grace Animal :-)
