Congratulations on the weight loss. I am sorry for what you have been through. I hope you have found an amazing therapist to help with that aspect. You deserve to be happy, healthy and loved. Especially by yourself (love yourself). Easier said than done.

I am also 5' 2 and looking to lose 30 to 40 pounds. This post is exactly what I needed to see. I think you are stunning in both pictures but I absolutely know how it feels to wear a size 12 and to want to be smaller again!! Even the clothing you have on in the first picture reminds me of something I would wear now to try…

I think having a good therapist to talk to would be very beneficial. They help you to make good choices, healthy choices instead of treating the anxiety with alcohol or binge/purge. Plus you could schedule it for right after work during that hard time. A therapist will help you determine why you are getting the anxiety at…

Too skinny. I would definitely re-arrange your goal weight. Remember that is how we get started "oh just 5 lbs more and I'll be happy". The things is, 5 lbs more and you get deeper in it, and are NOT ever happy with the weight. Sad but true. Good luck and I hope you stay healthy.

My best advice is to NOT count calories (easier said than done). I find any time I try to begin losing weight (and I need to as I am overweight now), that it can become a slippery slope. I start off with the right intentions but have to really be careful because old habits come back too easily. Perhaps you are not ready to…

I love something-fishy.org too as the above poster mentioned. I go back there from time to time. I often thought I wasn't "anorexic" either because I didn't weight XX amount of weight at my lowest. What my therapist explained was that those people who do weight XX are the ones who die! Good way to put it into perspective.…

Congratulations on the weight loss AND the pregnancy! Very exciting news!! I am 5'2" and starting at 162. I'd like to get down to 125 or so (similiar to you). It is very inspiring to see that you have done this. How long did it take? How often do you exercise (at home)? How many calories did you eat (you mentioned 1200…

Been having issues too. Kept getting syncing messages and network unavailable when using on my iphone so had to come onto the computer and did notice missing ages there. No other issues when logged onto the computer so it must be networking issues they are having.

As I am reading this my 2 year old had me writing letters on a paper so he could tell me what they were. I wrote an "R" and he says "aah"... yep you gotta love that Boston accent. Talk about NOT pronouncing things right. hahahahaha
