I've never heard of cytomel, but I was on synthroid for a year or so and my body basically laughed at me. Then I tried Armour and everything changed. ohmigosh this. Old Navy leggings are awesome, and the black ones are so plain I can wear them with a tunic to class. Double functionality. And despite the fact that I've lost about twenty lbs since buying them, they're thick enough they still fit.

I roast it. Chop it up, put olive/coconut oil on it, mix it with chopped carrots and maybe some onions, sprinkle with seasoned salt, and throw in the oven at 350-375 for 45 minutes to an hour depending on how much you have. OMG I can eat that all day long.

Thirding the Victoria's Secret VSX line. They're super supportive, dry really quickly after washing, and mine has straps that come unhooked so you can make it a halter or cross them in the back.
