I had the same issue a few months back. I was off from running for 2-3 weeks. And when I started back up i took it very easy. Just let it heel and make sure your feeling good before you go back to running, you dont want to make things worse!!

I would say you are not eating enough! If you are doing 1 to 1.5 hours of exersice at day and only eating 1350 calories I do believe you need more food:)

Hi Dennis! I too have been clean and sober for 7 yrs now and 6 months ago quit smoking:) Over those 6 months I have seen the pounds skyrocket also:( So I feel your pain. Goodluck with your weight loss!
