  • Plenty of protein and lifting heavy and trying re composition
  • I do use the weights I use 3lb when on my feet and the 5lb weights for the abs but I do a few more abs when the 20minutes is up just to push myself that little bit further, think id be more positive when I see a slight change in my body
  • I use diet whey protein in banana flavour but they hsve many other flavours all with very good reviews I get mine from Myprotein.co.uk its very good and pkeasant to drink, a bit bitty because of the flaxseed in it but you could always blend it

  • I dont weigh my food tbh as I dont have the time I mostly go off generics but also the packaging it came in but sometimes I might add a few more calories not ofteb though as a feel with somethings that arent on mfp have more calories probably 50 cals or so but not often
