I'm so disappointed with myself this week. I was doing well and on Friday weighed 197. Then I stopped logging over the weekend. Father's day meal out yesterday didn't help. If I tell myself i'll go for a run/to the gym on a weekend morning as soon as I'm up, I end up staying in bed until midday and then deciding it's too late. Still get a fair bit in during the week but it's hard!

Thanks all, looking into it. Have also come across the Jawbone up Move - reviews seem to think the app is easier to use than the Misfit, other than that they seem pretty similar. agusia_b I had exactly the same thought! Very strange name.
