Working Mum with a lot to lose

Hi, I'm not new here but haven't bee active for a few years. Gained around 60lb since getting pregnant (my baby is now 3!) and I need some motivation to get back to something like my former self! I'd love to make some new friends here :)

  • New to this, done lots of other options, not gaining but not losing, need motivation. I have 5 kg to lose. Too much missing meals, as busy at work, no planning, eating take outs and chocolate!!!

    Hi @KateTheBlonde, I’ve just restarted as well, on maternity leave at moment with no2, she is 3 months, no1 is 3. I’ve got 30+lbs to lose, I managed to do it after my son but it’s harder this time round. Need to keep myself from eating chocolate and /or cake and exercise more. If work out how to add friends will do. :)
