  • Bread. Used to eat it regularly, now it's a rare treat. I love bread, but the amount of calories is just insane.
  • This is still a thing? I mean, wraps are awesome if there's chicken in them, some nice sauce, but otherwise... Wrapping yourself in cellophane only causes you to sweat. I can do that by looking at my bank balance.
  • Just shooting in the dark here, but it sounds like you gave it all you had. Maybe you were in the zone, maybe you were exhausted, maybe some mental muscle relaxed and let a door swing open that had been shut closed for a long time. Doesn't have to be a bad thing :)
  • Try to set yourself smaller, reachable goals. Maybe 10 lbs a piece. Trying to lose 10 lbs isn't nearly as daunting as trying to lose 100, but the direction you'll be going is still the same.
  • Have you tried eating other stuff instead of sugar? If you can stand them, carrots are great for nibbling all day long. Chewing gum also helps to pass time.
  • I miss having an *kitten* that doesn't look like two CD cases standing next to each other.
  • For me it was olive oil. I always thought it was a less-fatty alternative to butter (when cooking). But more than 80 calories for a spoonful? That's just insanity.
  • Have you tried alternating days where you eat more and days where you eat less? Reducing calories comes down to averages, and I have found that eating *a little* above my metabolic rate one day helps me keep my metabolism up and makes it easier to stay further below it the next day. (Also, it lets me keep my sanity)
