  • THANKS FOR THE WELCOME, I'M 35 AND OVERWEIGHT, AND I'M READY FOR A LIFESTLYE CHANGE. I'VE STARTED WALKING EVERYDAY MON-FRI 1 MILE. I'VE ALSO STARTED EATING HEALTHIER.
