I'm trying to do a life style change to make a better me. Be healthier and loss weight. I'm still learning how this work, but it seems to be very nice program.

    Welcome to MFP. I've been doing this for just under a month and I love the fact that you can come in here and be inspired by the success storied of other members especially if you're having a rough day.

    Good luck with your journey and more importantly have a lot of fun doing this.

    THANKS FOR THE WELCOME,

    I'M 35 AND OVERWEIGHT, AND I'M READY FOR A LIFESTLYE CHANGE. I'VE STARTED WALKING EVERYDAY MON-FRI 1 MILE. I'VE ALSO STARTED EATING HEALTHIER. IN THREE WEEKS I'VE LOST 3.5 LBS!! I'M NEW AT THIS SITE SO I HAVE NOT LEARNED ALL THE ENDS AND OUT YET. IT NICE TO HAVE POSTIVE ENCOURAGEMENT.
