I would recommend any of Jillian Micheal's videos. She's tough but she knows what she is doing. I've lost almost 60 lbs and most of that was with her videos.

I love my Taste of Home Busy Family cookbook. It has 15, 20, & 30+ min main dishes, side dishes for just about everything and with a little thought you can make them healthier. :happy:

I love my Shredded Wheat Biscuits with a tbsp sugar and skim milk. Straight forward you get what you see and it keeps me full.:happy:

I have been on my weight loss journey since March 2010 and this last Valentines day I was nearing my 50 lb goal. My loving husband bought me a huge box of my favorite chocolates. To top it of he left it on the counter in the kitchen so I would find it as soon as I went to get a drink when I finished my workout! Oh well…

I have a family of five so I always do a two week menu. It makes it nice because I can balance out some of our higher calorie side with lower calorie meat dishes so my kids get what they like and I can stay under my calorie goals.:laugh:

I like Biggest Loser Cardio Max. It's great because you following "real" people not a stick body builder and the best part is you can go from a 30 min workout to a 50 min workout as you are ready.

I have all three and love them! "No more trouble zones" is great for toning and the "30 day shred" is a shorter but more intense workout so I use it for days when I am short on time. I alternate between the 3 just so my body doesn't get to use to the workout.
