ahhhh, the wabash. fond memories. I just wore my nike frees, and i would often wear knee high socks. The shoes would be gross, but my feet were always clean! bring a grocery bag to put the shoes in after, as well... :)

I burn 90-95. or so the heartrate thing that came with the garmin says! If i go faster (which is rare) then it does go up to over 100.

Are you pushing yourself harder than before? Your body temp may be higher despite the cooler weather...your TOM shouldn't have any effect unless you are a heavy bleeder.....just to be safe, weigh before and after a run....the larger the difference, the more dehydrated you are. i switched to loesterin this year from ortho 7/7/7. I did not gain or lose weight (i am not trying to lose weight, however i had no issues with cravings or appetite, so if i was, i feel i could have done so) It did cause me to break out a little more then usual though. But that could also be the running. just my two cents!

I drink a glass of water before bed. I can't sleep in because i have to pee too bad. and then you are hydrated as well!

but most importantly, where can i get this recipe for diet cake pops?? I think it's only a concern if you are eating cake pops on a daily basis. which would be awesome. but probably not good. mine is a dull ache that starts as i am running and increases until i stop running. It is tender to the touch as well, like a minor bruise. fresh herbs! just get a bunch and start mixing and matching...see what you like! I like- zucchini and thyme Cucumber and basil cilantro and anything, but usually carrots and edamame I used to hate veggies too....i think its just about spicing them up so they aren't so bland!
