I have half a Banana, tblsp of peanut butter, cup of skimmed milked, and a scoop of whey protein mixed in the blender.... So yummy.

teaspoon for teaspoon course sea salt is lower in sodium as your getting less salt overall.

not really a teaspoon of butter is only about 33 calories and while higher in fat I would much rather have that than some artificial flavored faux-butter with chemicals I can't even pronounce in it.

It's pretty much the most fun I've had working out, and I burn an insane amount of calories doing it.

Also eating artificial sweets sends a message to you're pancreas to make insulin for the sugar that is supposed to be on it's way. The sugar never arrives and you're left feeling hypoglycemic and craving sugar. Eating artificial sweets is not helping anyone break their addiction to sugar, aspartame is 200 times sweeter…

your best bet would be to stop at a grocery pick up an apple maybe a bag of almonds and a salad. I would not recommend subway unless it's a veggie. Unless the product clearly states 100% organic it is GM and processed using an explosive solvent called hexane which is a bi product of gasoline production.

Just read about the way soy is processioned to make "milk" turned me off for ever! That stuff is toxic. Most soy is GM and processed using hexane.

Greek yogurt is simply regular yogurt with most of the liquid (whey) strained away. It is generally a better option than regular because it has almost double the protein of regular yogurt which as other have already stated will keep you fuller longer.

Even something that is packaged for one should be weighed if at all possible. Servings in individual packages can be over by as much as 50%!!! That is a lot of extra calories!!

I put 3-4 frozen strawberries with one cup of fat free milk and 1/2 scoop of Jay Robb Whey protein in a blender yummy!!!!
