I really like grilled chicken. To keep it interesting and tasty I like to pair a style of seasoning with a topping or sauce. Some examples include Italian seasoned topped with bruschetta and some Parmesan, Greek seasoned with chopped olives and feta or tzatziki sauce, Latin seasonings with mango salsa, guacamole, or Greek…

Could add some soyrizo, a lil goes a long way and the combo with the sweet potatoes and black beans is amazing, I also make a sweet potato and black bean chili with soyrizo to die for!

I make a big batch of ratatouille then I add it cold to wraps and salads. Soup like lentil or minestrone (freezes well just omit pasta when freezing). Salads like quinoa and pasta served over greens. I also like budget bytes, minimalist baker, oh she glows for healthy recipe ideas

I was unimpressed and a little peeved with the amount of "sponsor" foods in her diet plan so I decided not to follow it.:explode:

Moving Comfort bras sold by REI are AWESOME! Def can't stand women who put on make up to sweat (actually I pity them). I am all for the anti wedgie undies. My biggest pet peeve is when I miss a work out due to my own laziness.

Bump for later

I love it with tomatoes, salsa, pineapple, peaches, in smoothies.

I load up on their Greek yogurt it's the best tasting and best price. I love the small bags of kettle corn (110 cal) and their meringue cookies are good and very low cal as well. I always buy almonds(pre-portioned), nut butters and dried fruit there.

I use mine to see calories burned and as a measure to see how my cardio fitness is improving over time. My HRM is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Also here is a very good link about low intensity vs high intensity http://www.alanaragon.com/myths-under-the-microscope-the-fat-burning-zone-fasted-cardio.html

I haven't completed it but have been working out with Turbo Fire since the beginning of the year and have lost about 20lbs. I have so much fun doing these workouts, I have become addicted. Not to mention I burn a TON of calories.

I felt I was having the same issue as well so I've been making a green smoothie in the mornings. It's really yummy and I fill it up with spinach and other greens. I put half a frozen banana, frozen berries, milk, spinach and other greens. You could also add in flax or oats to it. Here is a website with lost of ideas.…

I'm just wondering how a child eats 1000 calories of nutritious whole food in one sitting. I think what the writer is saying is kids who play more eat more junk and they gain or don't lose? Seriously? JUST eat nutritious whole foods I find it difficult most days to eat all my calories if I stay far way from junk.

I like to make guac lettuce wraps. I take green or red leaf lettuce and layer it with guacamole, black beans, chicken, tomatoes. I've even eaten it with just guacamole and lettuce and it's so good.

Kashi Go Lean mixed in a Trader Joe's blueberry Greek yogurt, and a hard boiled egg.

Last night I made a fruit salad with a granny smith apple, a banana, and an orange segmented. I topped it with plain Greek yogurt mixed with a little honey and zest from the orange. If you like something crunch on top you can crush some cereal or graham crackers. Split between hubby and I it was like 150 calories and we…

I have had two magic bullets (both as gifts) they are awful if you like to blend up frozen fruit in your smoothie. There are always frozen whole strawberries after 20+ seconds of blending in the magic bullets I've owned, and I only use like 3 in a smoothie. I packed mine up and put it in the garage.

It is seriously the most fun I have ever had working out. Chalene is so inspirational too.

I have done both and my calorie burn is about the same for given length in both(about 700-800 per hour). I enjoy Turbo Fire more because I have to concentrate on the moves which makes it easier for me to push harder, I have a lot more fun doing Turbo. I do enjoy Insanity too I add it in for variety every once and awhile.…

I started Turbo Fire on Monday and would love to join you. I started in week two because this is like my 4th time starting. Today was a much needed rest day as I decided to run two miles after HIIT 20 yesterday... man are my hips sore.
