A friend of mine gets bottled water and puts all cut up fruit in it.... Looks pretty good! Maybe try that or seltzer....

I used to drink sooooooo much soda. Like literally, as soon as I woke up in the morning I'd start my day off with a soda and drink soda all damn day. I stay away from soda, flavored waters and other drinks too if they have HFCS and aspartame etc... So now I will only have soda (other than if its in moderation like if I go…

I went a few months back and I just did each individual thing and eyeballed it. As long as it is not an everyday thing, I wouldn't worry about it :)
-
I looooove snacking at night! I try to save up some calories during the day so I have enough calories to snack at night! lol :)
-
Also pregnant! Five months along with my daughter and i have a four year old son :)

I use regular butter, olive oil, etc. I dont buy low fat versions of anything. Id rather work real food in my every day diet then have zero cal spray butter thats highly processed. Gross...
-
Wayyyy too little calories.... 1200 calories should be the minimum!!!
-
I don't know... A lot of people, including myself, eat as clean as they can but still drink coffee.
-
I have a few people on my friends list who are very focused on being carb free... I think its silly to do something to have a healthy lifestyle if you can't stick to it long term. I've lost over 50 lbs in the past year just counting calories and fueling my body with healthy choices.

...No. I rarely pay attention to other people (what they are wearing/doing/etc) at the gym.

This. Eat when you're hungry!!
-
Hahaha this pic is hilarious!!!!

Soda... which is why i generally stay away from it unless out to eat or something. I try to save it for just a special occasion. The only soda i feel ok about having more regularly is organic soda because it doesn't have all *kitten* ingredients.

I use a bmr calculator online every 10-20 lbs to get a more accurate sense of how many calories i should be eating a day.
-
^^^I agree.
-
I always have a 3 day rule with most things!
-
I don't count sugar, carbs, fat or anything else (other than calories). I try to just pay attention to the ingredients in my food.... i avoid artificial ingredients/sweeteners and it really does make a huge difference in how i feel.

That's a great link camo^^ sent you!! I use a bmr calculator (Google it, there's a few) every like 15 lbs i lose.

I am sooo nervous for my test. I did the test when I was pregnant with my four year old son and it was a white drink. I could barely get it down... I was literally about to puke! So nervous to go through it again! I have a very queasy stomach when I'm not pregnant, so when I am pregnant, i get so queasy very easily. ugh :(

Yes!! This!!!

Congrats on your baby! I have a four year old son and I am almost 5 months pregnant with my daughter. I am due in June. :) Add me if you'd like!!

When I was in high school I used to bring a few different packs of the 100 calorie snacks... I just assumed that that would help with me losing weight. Instead, I was just always always hungry and when I got home from school I would eat massive amounts of food because I was starving lol. So now I don't eat them. I did have…

Fruit has naturally occurring sugar... Eat and enjoy the tomatoes!! Don't worry about sugar, ESPECIALLY sugar from fruit!
-
When I'm sick I just would eat what I am in the mood for and can stomach and just log it honestly.
-
Haha, for me its yogurt. I have never liked yogurt. The taste and texture just grosses me out. I've thought of a bunch of different ways to make it good, like adding cut up fruit and chia seeds and granola. Yeah umm, still hate it haha.
-
I don't think 1200 calories is enough for most people! Google a BMR calculator and get a more accurate amount of calories you should be consuming based on your height, weight, body type, activity level, and how much you wanna lose, etc.
-
Haha, love this!!!
-
Weight gain is a side effect for many of the pills. Talk to your dr.

Worse case scenario, log each individual item... like log the fried green tomatoes, then log the mushrooms, etc etc. Thats what I do if I go out to eat and I can't for the life of me find the nutritional info. It will not be 100% accurate like the restaurants nutritional info, but it will still be pretty close! Good luck!…

^^this. sugar is in many, many things, including fruit. I really wouldn't worry about your sugar intake unless you already are at risk for a medical condition and your dr. wants you to limit something.
