  • As rockmama says choose one thing at a time, for me the real eye opener was the adding what you eat and it giving you the calories. I was shocked and some of the items and how many calories they contained. I work on reducing the calorie intake from 2500 to 1700 plus try and do a min of 30 min work out 6 days a week.
  • Im a newbie on here as this is the start of the second week and have to say its amazing the support you get off people on here, you can talk about anything, If you think your the only one having a slight issue then some one on here has been there and come out the other side and will help you through it
  • Hi to all at Fitness Pal, I have just joined as trying to work out how many calories I am eating as since I gave up smoking the lbs have been piling on, want to loose 44lbs. Today is the start of a journey for me to get back to a healthy weight again
