Day #1 Done!!! I am a happy girl!!! :) Most of the time following Tanya on the modified version, but did it!! My major challenge is that I am not eating my snacks since my job has me literally seated all day!! :( Anyways super excited!!!!

I am also starting tomorrow!! :smile: I have a question though; I have not seen a lot of people talking about Shakeology when doing these workouts. Are the workouts more effective with Shakeology?

I am on Week 2 of Turbo Fire and its awesome!!! I had been doing aerobics for a while and they do not compare with this. I start sweating a couple of mins after starting the workout and i love it!!! :wink: I invited a neighbor to do them with me and it is working because we motivate each other, so if you dont have a…
