My make-shift yummy pizza is to use a 10" wheat tortilla (I like the La Tortilla Factory Low Carb ones at 80 cals) topped with Ragu pizza quick sauce, reduced fat cheese, banana peppers and capers. Bake in the toaster oven and Viola! Little pizza for under 300 cals :)
