Sorry for confusing. So, talking about healthy people.. that don't have to deal with problems like thyroid or other things. My question is that every single person on this planet can gain weight? (again, not talking about people with thyroid problem).

But both people (MFP person and crazy diet person) are basically in the same place right? I mean.. they can both maintain just by not going calorie goal? (judging by the fact that crazy diet person's metabolism wasn't hurt)

The fact is I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I ATE! All I know is that it was a lot.. lol .. I feel like I was drunk. I may under or over estimated..

I didn't even starved myself at first.. crap.. I ate 2100-2300 calories a day and you're saying I was starving ? I do burn alot through marathon training tho..

godness I ate between 2000 and 2300 cals last week everyday.. I just burn a lot.

I wish I could stop.. but I was HUNGRY! I was literally hungry and ate I think whatever I had in sight.. I ALWAYS experieced that on rest days

MFP. Once with HRM and it was the same.. as MFP said.. (Yes, I am training for a marathon also and I run like 100-120 minutes per day)
