How to log the binge..
So yesterday (monday) I had a BIG binge!! i didn't even know how much I ate.. I may overesteimated or even underestimated.. I ate 5k cals.. 3k over maintenance.. MY QUESTION IS!!! PLZ ANSWEER!!! Can I log yesterday's binge on sunday ? if that binge would happen on sunday my weekly average would be more than totally fine..…

Really scared to eat exercise calories
Maybe i'm not the only one who has the same struggle.. my goal is to lose 7 lbs.. and i eat between 1300-1600.. I burn 1000-1500 through running per day.. I AM SCARED TO EAT MY EXERCISE CALORIES BACK! MFP says I can eat 2800 per day with exercise but I can't do that.. I feel that I will gain/not lose..
