Not best pleased with myself have not been on the right track but as of today i am right back on track i have gained 2lbs so i am now 147lbs but am working extra hard to lose those 2lbs and more. Good luck everyone

As of today i have gained 2lbs so starting weight is 147lbs a little dispointed but i only have myself to blame, so i plan on being more on top of what i have been eating and more execise to lose the lbs i gained and more good luck all

I'm no expert just my opinion from what i read. Do you eat your exercise calories? this is a subject that is debated about alot but just thought i would ask as you didn't say in your post. Maybe your not eating enough as you said you eat about 2000 cal a day but then you burn 1000-1500 cal through exercise. So maybe up…

It consists of 4 17 day cycles the first cycle is where most people lose the most weight as there are no carbs. I really enjoyed it i manage 10 days and lost 6lbs but you have to follow to the letter for the best results and i wasn't ready to dedicate myself but am going to try it again in 2 weeks, as i am now more focused…

Would love to join i weigh on friday morning my weight on friday was 145lbs looking to lose 33lbs to get to final goal but would love to lose 15-20lbs during this challenge if more then thats a bonus looking to work hard. I am part of challenge but will be ending soon need the movitation to stay on track. thanks

Just my advice as a mum of a 3 year old and a qualified nursery nurse. 1) Just persist with putting her to sleep in her own bed, as she as got used to the routine of falling asleep with you on the couch, then you panda to her needs such as turning off the tv and lights and making everyone quiet so she can fall alseep.…

Also it's not the type of exercise that burns more calories its the size of the individual person and the intensity and effort you put into the workout. As when i would do 30 day shred level 1 i was only burning 180-190 calories i was putting all my effort in, where as some people where burning 300-500 calories in the 20…

I am going to follow these rules i need to eat more slowly as thats probably the only problem i have is that i eat to fast. Reason for that is i hate cold food lol. But i'm working on it.

I fast every day 16hours and have 8hour eating window in which i eat all my 1200cal for the day. So i eat from 9.30am till 5.30pm and set my meals at 9.30am breakfast, 12.30 lunch 5.00 dinner every day and the rest of the time i fast. I have found that by fasting i no longer feel the need to snack at night as i am fasting.
