Are we e-mail our weights or just posting them on this forum?

I can't wait!!! I have a quick question. Will we know our workouts/challenges in advance? Or will it just be a daily thing. I was seeing the August challenges, and we had to watch a video each day until we learned each one. Thanks!

Not sure how long it took to start seeing them drop, but I just measured with my trainer. It has been two months since I started working with her and doing strength training, and I've lost a total of 5" off my body. :-) I was excited!

I've been taking One-A-Day multivitamins, and they made me very queasy and dizzy. I've also tried taking food with them, and it didn't matter. So I threw them all out yesterday. I asked my trainer about them, and she said to try and food based multivitamin, instead of a lab made one. Maybe that would help? I still need to…

I just recently got a personal trainer. I love it. She programmed one specifically for my body and the time I have in a day. Then showed me how to do all of them. They included both machine workouts and ones that you could do at home. I pay $55 per hour, and I will start seeing her every 2-3 weeks from now on. But it all…

I just started taking a multivitamin too, and I found that I get really light-headed and queezy feeling... I eat a banana afterwards and seem fine. I am not sure if it has to do with the time that passes, or the food intake... I would like to know the answer to this also..

I just got an "EatSmart" scale from amazon.com and absolutely love it. It reads the same weight if you keep stepping on it. Here is the link for it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001KXZ808
