I am looking into Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I've seen all the raves about it on this website, and I'm currently doing Insanity. I have a question though... Do you need any sort of equipment to do this workout? Any weights...? What are some positive and negative things about this DVD? Thanks Guys!

When weighing yourself and trying to reach a goal, say 160 lbs. When should you actually count this as a success? The first day you hit 160? Or when weighing 160 or less for a couple of consecutive days?

Question. What is the reason for weighing yourself before breakfast in the morning? I usually weigh in around 6 pm daily, but I just saw the little posting on MFP.
