When weighing yourself and trying to reach a goal, say 160 lbs. When should you actually count this as a success? The first day you hit 160? Or when weighing 160 or less for a couple of consecutive days?

I call it. I hit 120.4 last week. I haven't seen it since but I still counted it (keeps me optimistic).0
