Sugar!!

I was talking with my trainer about my weight being at a standstill. She suggested cutting back on sugar. Since then, I realized I crave sugar a lot of the day. My question is what are some suggestions to stop the sugar cravings?? Sugar is put in almost everything now days, so what are some easy tips to try and avoid *most* sugars? Not all, I'm not trying to cut out all sugar.

If anyone has any suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated!

    Not sure why she said to cut back on sugar per se, it's total calories and a deficit that facilitates weight loss, unless of course you consume a lot of carbs in general. Cutting back that way can help with cravings for sure and if that helps you then by all means do that. My advice would be to stay away from processed carbs in general, that will reduce quite a bit of sugar. Try replacing those sugarly carbs with more natural choices.
