30 Day Shred

I am looking into Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I've seen all the raves about it on this website, and I'm currently doing Insanity. I have a question though... Do you need any sort of equipment to do this workout? Any weights...? What are some positive and negative things about this DVD?

    Just weights (I used 5 lbs) and a mat if you don't have carpet. I did it and saw great results! Good Luck!!!

    Thanks! I have a couple low weights. Do you have any negatives on the dvd?

    I am on Day 3. It really kicks your butt, but I have never had a workout I can feel like this! Totally worth it!
