Check out tiffany rothe videos on youtube. Also tone it up videos. All of them are free and you can do about 3 or more videos a day at least 4 times a week. It took me over a year but it worked for me without having to track my eating. I have lost 50 lbs and went from being Obese to a healthy weight

Okay yeah thats right, so far what I have been doing has worked for me. I may have to start counting calories in my last 10 pounds or so but until then Ill continue what Im doing. I still have another 20lbs to lose at least. my GW is about 130-125

All this has been incredibly helpful. Thanks everyone. Im gonna try to stay away from my scale and not weigh myself as often. I will just wait it out and continue to work hard. Ill try get closer to the calories I need and hopefully that helps as well.

Yea that actually helps a lot. Its starting to make a lot more sense. I do mainly hiit for an hour about 4 days a week. 2 days a week I walk 5 miles or do low impact aerobics

Part of the problem is I am staying with a relative for the rest of the summer and she cooks the meals so Im not always sure how much of each ingredient she puts into the meals. It was easier when I prepared my own meals because I knew what I was puting into my meals and I can no longer do that. Aside from salads and such…

According to http://www.keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ my bmr is 1463 tdee is at 1755 when I put my activity levels at sedentary , even though I do workout for about an hour 6 days a week.

Im not ignoring the advice. I appreciate it. I used to think that the lower my calorie intake the more Ill lose but my body needs a certain amount of calories to function. Thanks the tdee link was very helpful as well

Okay Ill eat more and try to get closer to my 1200 calorie intake. At 1200 calorie intake, do I have to eat back the calories I burn

Oh Ill try to change my diary now. And I did answer it. It said 1200 calories daily, based off no activity. But Ive decided to workout, and I wasnt sure if my net calories had to stay at 1200 or not.
