unfortunatley yes. last fall i quit for 2 months and had some really nice runs, but life took over again and i started smoking again. my goal is to quit by December.

Great Job! keep up the good work, its good to know you didnt follow their diet plan to a "t", i have p90x and i just can't follow the diet strictly, because i dont eat fish, and i have to limit my green veggies due to intestinal issues. Again Great Job!

i have been running for about 9 months on/off and still can't run 3 straight miles. when i did my first 5K it was a 13min mile. so i would say way to go!
