Running has been the best medicine for my anxiety I have been on many of medication since I was 10 years old but through running have learned how to control as much as possible anxieties and depression. When life gets tough I run run run :)

Awesome 15 mins on the bowflex!!! I used to be a runner, and I've only gotten up to 10 minutes! Great work!

day 8 level 1 done! then i walked (briskly) on the beach for 2.6 miles. today was good.

level 1 day 7 tonight. went very good, nice sweat. did a quivk 12 mins on the treadmill after. feeling good! still no weight loss in almost 2 weeks of cardio and 30ds rotation. but im not freaking yet.

L1D6 tonight, did pretty well. this was the first time i did the workout in the evening and found that i did get a little tired in circuit 3 but i did not get light headed like i did last week when i was doing the workout in the am. im only using 3lb weights, i was planning to go to 5lb on day 6, but i was having some pain…

got up, had a cup of coffee, then changed into my workout clothes and did 30ds day 5. for a sunday this is good seeing i usually lay around all day and watch tv, and football. today im getting my workouts in before football starts.

level 1 day 5 today. took a rest day yesterday. im trying the 2 days on 1 day off approach that is recommended. wow did i sweat today, pheeeeew im glad thats done. going to head out for a nice walk in a bit. its beatiful today sunny 75. back to work tomorow after a 9 day stay-cation

day 4 level 1 today, not too bad today. got through the cardio a little easier today. going to take the kids for a nature walk in a little while to get in some walking. didnt have the best day with food yesterday, going to work it off today.

MAPMYRUN is the easiest and very accurate. it does biking,walking, running and hiking. if you but your phone on standby it stills works and doesnt use your battery.
