hi everyone! today is day 6 of level one for me, i have gained 2lbs this week, but will suck it up to body changes. i know they will come of in the next few weeks. does anyone else despise BUTt KICKS?

i am in the same boat this morning, but i gained 1lb, just shake it off. if you are doing all the right things the weight will start going down. are you clothes fitting better in the 3 weeks? the scale is not always truthfull. DONT GIVE UP!

if your willing to work hard you can do it!, its no stroll in the park. i cant stick to the 6 days a week, but i will do 1 or 2 a week along with running.

Im 5'2" most days :) i am at 158 again was down to 140 from 180 about 2 years ago, but unfortunatley i gained 22 back. my goal now is 139lb first and then 125 at some point in the next year or so.

i put local raw honey in mine. the tea is good for my weight loss and the honey helps tremendously with my seasonal allergies.

i agree with the other poster up your calories by 100, 150 maybe. how tall are you?

Dunkin donuts uses light cream and mcdonals uses 1/2 and 1/2 DUNKIN DONUTS IS THE BEST!!!!

my birthday was this past wednesay i had cake at work and then again at our weekly family dinner that night. i only went over my calories by 100. you can view my diary if you like. you should never totally deprive yourself it just leads to bigger indulgences IMO

good food is good for you. get up and move even if its cleaning or quick 15-20 min walks, go for a bike ride etc. you dont have to be in a gym to lose weight. EAT! i eat 4 to 5 times a day and stay under 1500 calories and hardly ever feel hungry. real food is your friend

the best advice i was ever given on weight loss pills, IS IF IT REALLY WORKED IT WOULD HAVE TO BE PRESCRIBED! THESE WEIGHT LOSS PILLS ARE JUST FILLER INGREDIENTS. dont get me wrong i have tried a few and all they did was take money out of my wallet. a multi vitamin, exercise 3-5 days a week, and a healthy diet of 1200-1500…
