ladies in the 150's......
what is a typical menu for your day? i lost 60 lbs pretty easy but have been struggling for like 6 months to get under 150. i have been toying between 157-153 for 2 months now. im getting so frustrated.... i love reading others menus and grocery list

paleo/primal?
Does anybody eat this way? if so how do you feel? in many ways it makes sense beside cutting out dairy. but on the other side the life expectancy was not long either in the early days, i often joke about eating like Laura Ingles (sp?) but you didnt see many obese people in those days.

i found this pic from feb 2007 my daughters first birthday. i was most likely in the 190's the other pic is from may 2009 at my first goal weight. since then i did put 13 pound back on but i am currently working on getting those off plus some. this is motivating knowing i have been there and i can do it.
