well ive decided im taking a 3 day weekend from dieting and low calorie, then on monday im going full force into dieting and exercising.

im committing myself to four 60 min workouts and 5 is a bonus and if i can do that for 1 month then i will join a gym as my reward. latley ive only exercised 2 times a week so i dont think a gym is worth it, but i really want to join a gym so if i can do this 1 month challenge then i get to buy a membership or maybe do a 4 week boot camp.

    Sounds like a good exercise goal! If you are looking for a gym that is still worth joining, even at two or three times a week, I go to Fitness 19. There are some weeks that I don't get to the gym even once (bad, I know), but this takes away the financial guilt, at least.

    It's relatively expensive to join ($150-$200), but then it is only $20 a month. Here's a link to see if there is one by you:
