Yes, I work the night shift but usually only wind up eating 2 healthy meals a day. I haven't been snacking in between & I've lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. Once I eat a couple of snack size M&Ms with peanuts I'm fine & my craving is curbed until the next night. I usually can't sleep until 5 am.

You are doing great! Keep doing what you're doing as long as it is healthy & please stay motivated. Learn to mentally tune people like that out because a personal trainer should be more encouraging.
