  • Other than getting them lasered, you can't. They do fade over time. I had some on my stomach after having both kids. After 2.5 yrs, you can barely see them unless you look really close.
  • I downloaded mine :/ I felt the same way. I'm not going to lie, it's hard; but just push yourself to your limits and you get results, you don't need to be at their pace. I remember the first fit test I did and i was intimidated, but it's awesome when you see your progress just a few weeks later!
  • I do workout dvds before my kids wake up (impossible to do while they are awake lol). I'm currently doing Insanity 6 days a week at 5:30 am.
