I guess the only one that would apply to me would be the "bloated" feeling but then again I feel bloated and gassy with any carbonated drink. Edit: Typo.

Sounds too good to be true... Gotta try! Bookmarking for later~

I think you, and others that mentioned this, have hit the nail on the head here... I look at scars and such on other people, and think "what a cool, interesting pattern", or "THAT must have a story behind it", never that someone looks disgusting or less beautiful but fascination of the human body and slight curiosity (of…

Ba-ba-ba, Ba-Babybel! Need a snack and a protein boost~

For those that have suggested surgery... I have thought about that a fair bit. Still, I have that OTHER mentality that believes excessive amount of money should only be spent on practical, useful things so yeah, the two mentalities definitely combat each other. As for someone else who bought up waiting until after…

Here here! :drinker: And yes, if I see a listing measured in "cups" I will ignore it, search for one that's in "grams", or simply just add it to the database myself. Cups are useless for chunks of solid food.

And THIS is why you are a massive inspiration for me. Not only have you turned your body into a bad-*kitten*, She-Hulk glamazon, but you're also a stupendously wonderful and funny person. I hope you stick around, it's people like you that people like me need in their life. x :flowerforyou:

Ugh, yes, that soundtrack just oozes sex! Some of mine: Puscifer - Rev 22/20 (original or dry martini mix) Poets of the Fall - Carnival of Rust She Wants Revenge - Tear You Apart All I can think of right now...

Part of me is starting to think this is a troll but... WHAT DID YOU EAT?!

Could I use honey in replacement of stevia as a sweetener and it still be relatively "healthy"? (sorry if this question was asked before, haven't the time to read through all the pages)

I'm not even sure... Where would I go to get something like that done? My current weight is152 pounds and a height of 5'4 if that helps with any estimates at all?
-
Well my current exercise is the Blogilates Beginners Workout Calender which consists of mostly pilates workouts, but there's also some cardio and stretches thrown in there too, so my legs do get some workout from all of that. I can feel a bit of hardness in my calves but I can also feel there is quite a lot of squidgy fat…

Hmmm, I didn't quite think of that. I am losing weight/fat at a steady 1/1.5lb a week rate so would it be best to concentrate on fat loss first and then move on to muscle work and more targeted areas? Thank you for your advice. c:

Huh, thanks for the info, guys~ And hush404, looking at your diary earlier is what prompted me to post this topic.

Bookmarked!! Just got to try and get hold of a can of pumpkin puree, fairly hard to find here in stores in the U.K and would rather not pay £6/$10 from Amazon. D=

Amy Lee from Evanescence. Edit: In your profile pic, anyway.

Lovely, warm smile - gotta be friendly!

This will be my first time running! I have a 1.7 mile walk home after work so if I try and aim for at least 1 mile per day of running, Mon-Fri, that should hopefully be a good start. 20 miles to go~

I would buy 100 Mr. Tickle mugs.

Lost an air conditioner. Just my luck, right before Summer too... -_-

Honestly, with some foods I make the distinction between food for taste and food for fuel. Oatmeal being one of those foods that I eat purely because I know it will keep me energised and full for X amount of time. A spoonful of peanut butter mixed in does help though. =P

Healthy: Cheestrings and a 5 ingredient granola bar recipe I found - So good for a quick pick me up and filling snack options! Not so healthy: My boyfriend recently introduced me to Peanut Butter KitKat Chunkys and now I hate him a little. xD

I completely forgot about this group! D= Haven't forgotten about losing weight though so that's something. These were my stats when I first posted: Starting weight: 157 lbs Team 20 goal: 137 lbs Personal weight goal: 140lbs by August 2014 Ultimate lifetime goal: 120-125lbs Height: 5 foot 4 inches I think I'm now around…

Tea tree products.

This is why if I have a cheat meal it is usually after my exercise for the day. That way I can sleep it off, poop it out in the morning, and hopefully feel less heavier and bloated in time for the next day's exercise.

This. I would say first time making this, weigh and log all your measurements per ingredient in a notepad as you go along and then do the math. Example: Puff Pastry = 300 calories per 100g, you used 130g, 300 calories divided by 100 x 130 = 390 calories. 1 whole pie = 6 servings, 390 calories divided by 6 = 65 calories of…

MFP does the opposite for me. I regularly use Tumblr and do follow some blogs that post cute girls. You know, perfect, unflawed skin, butts so toned you can bounce a coin off of, perfectly round breasts with dead center nipples, small noses, freckles, beautiful waterfall hair... And then I look at my stretch marked, saggy,…

Thanks for the advice. c: Will play around a bit with what you mentioned and see what works.

Ah... Yes. My weight loss was still set to 2lbs and my activity level was sedentary. -_- Forgot to slow down my weekly loss now that I'm close. I've now changed that to 1lb per week and lightly active and gone up to 1540 base calories. (Is 1540 too much or sounds about right? While 1lb per week I know is realistic with…

The bigger smile in your after pictures says it all. c: Great job so far and good luck with your next 115!
