No, because they are NOT negative comments, they are concerned comments. Please do a bit more research in what is actually considered a healthy way to lose weight, not encourage a set up for misery.

This is an utterly terrible diet!! No way you're going to bulk on this, there's not a single spoon of Talenti in sight!! Shame on you... :noway: (seriously though, I'm super jealous of your diet. looks nom as heck~)

To echo what many others have said, discuss it with your neighbour. Let them know you will be doing exercises that may be noisy and ask them what times they won't be home/don't mind a bit of noise for an hour. Also be considerate if they have young children that may be sleeping at various points of the day too.

I love giving people compliments for encouragement and a pick-me-up, but I myself understand what it's like to feel uncomfortable about weight comments so I disguise my compliments such as "Hey, you look great in that top/skirt!" or "Is that a new foundation? You look glowing!" - playing oblivious.

All down to personal opinion. For me, what I find attractive in a guy/girl is never immediately known. It's some undecipherable thing about them that draws me in. Sometimes I eventually figure out what it is and appreciate that quality, other times it remains an enigma. Discrimination is an instant turn off though.

Buy the bike and have absolutely no regrets. (The only one you'll have will be passing up the offer!) THEN reward yourself with that new, personalised paint job. Simple. c:

I've not banned or said "no" to a single darn thing (unless I don't like it). I still eat the same foods I did when I was at 205lbs that I do currently sitting at 140lbs. Moderation is key, and if you want that extra treat, add in some exercise. Tastes a whole lot better when you've worked for it. If I had to put one thing…

Always been curious about trying these but the price tag just always puts me off... Will definitely bookmark these for later! Thank you for sharing~ c:

You're definitely the kind of Mum I hope to one day be. Your family related statuses always bring a smile to my face~ :flowerforyou:

Wow, thank you to everyone for your answers! As many have suggested, for the first two weeks (through Workout A and Workout B) I was planning on just using the bar/minimal weight to get my form down (and if I need more practise then so be it) before I start actually adding plates. Slow and steady, right? But at least I…

That's exactly what I was getting at. Unfortunately there is no "hours per week" option so I don't know if my numbers are accurate. For instance, I do 50 minutes - 1 hours of workout videos 6 times a week. If I select "6 times a week" and get 1700 TDEE I don't know whether that number is based on if I do "2 hours of…

Unless you have a medical condition where you need to cut down or remove the stuff, sugar is actually no where near as bad as people make it out to be. If anything, I'd stop tracking sugar as I assume you're tracking carbs (sugar are carbs) and start tracking something like fibre instead. Enjoy your fruit and stop…

*sigh* They really did live up to their name...

I had... > no stretch marks > no loose skin on stomach > more lean muscle > perky round boobs > perky round bum > calves that actually fit into jeans for my size > no "lunch lady" arms > clear, non oily skin > longer fingers, smaller palms > less hair growth scalp down And I *think* that's it.

Starting weight for Team 20 - 1st April: 157lbs End weight - 31st June: 139lbs 18lbs loss. Not quite the 20 but seeing as I had my plan set to lose 1lb per week, I'd say that's damn good! Overall weight loss since starting May 2013 : 66lbs~

Gonna have to say your tatty bojangles, they look amazing and I am exceedingly envious.

No, it doesn't. It sounds like someone who's a tad p*ssed off at having her decision to start a family dismissed because of some lack of paper instead of having advise on the questions she asked: Weight issues during pregnancy. How does legally binding a couple on paper produce better parents than an unwedded couple? It…

Currently using one of the "design holes" in my belt to hold my jeans up as the regular holes are too big! And yesterday I noticed I may need to start using the next design hole as the first one's getting loose too! Jeans shopping soon, I think...

Ah, thanks everyone! Will definitely look up those sites and try out some of the exercises mentioned. To the someone who mention loose skin is paper thin, my arms are not, the "dangle" is still fairly thick. Phew~ I'm also using a stretch mark cream so hopefully that'll help with elasticity too. Oh, no, I didn't mean to…

@Stef, I do know you unfortunately can't spot reduce, and I do still have a ways to go to reach my goal so I'm hoping my arms, along with my calves, are one of those "stubborn areas" that weight loss will come off last. As for what you mentioned about weights... I definitely plan on doing a programme but as I said I don't,…

THANK you! I'm so sick of hearing about "girl push-ups"...
