since I got mine used off ebay since August 31 til today September 12. I have lost 4 pounds. I started exercing and eating better on July 22 and offically weighed in on July 25th @239.8 til and today I weigh 225. I have lost 14.8 #

like others said why not? If you want to loose atleast 40-100 lbs Im sure you would not look so good if you didn't tone the areas along the way. i think if you had a few pounds to loose that would be the option but i don't want to deprive my self when loosing weight with nutrition alone and have to go back and tone body up.

really to me the eat back calories doesn't apply to me because I eat all my calories from 7 am to 8pm and then work out around 11pm. I try to stay between 1200-1500 cals but for some reason if I eat more cals that day I know I have to work out harder at the end of the day.

what ive always tried to do is stay with the scale that you started with atleast. I use both gym scale and bathroom scale pretty much are about same but I go with the one that i started with. . If in one month both scales say you have lost or gained 10 then thats all that matter meaning if your consistant.

some other things to consideer is how active are you *small children? *children that play sports etc? *how active are you at work, physical job compared to desk job ? *how many hours sleep do you get? the more active you are you need more cals to fuel your body.
