but for a while fat people can loose a little extra weight to start with. for instance loosing 4-10 pounds in a week for a few weeks isn't going to hurt you but don't continue to loose so much tooooo soon.

I bought a body media arm band and I know in 24 hour period including sleep,job ,exercise,etc I burned most of the time 2500-2800 each day. I try to keep my cals 1200-1600. Some days I may go over and under. been loosing weight since july 22 and already lost a slow but steady loss of 15-17 pounds plus inches.

dont stress. At the end of the week you will realize it didn't really count as much. Just work harder on the next few days following the big eat days. Just don't eat as much at the buffets/ or pizza places.

stopped drinkig sodas (day 46) or no tea of any kind. Try to drink more water. Exercise now 6 days a week for about 1 hour. Compared to no exercise. Don't add sugar,milk or butter to my oatmeal. No added salt to anything. Eating more fruits and veggies. These small things have made all the difference.

personally I wouldn't log the exercise because MFP from what Ive used and heard others say some of the numbers aren't accurate. You might want to consider using a ticker of some sort such as how much youve lost already- That might help you see the bigger picture to not want tooooooooooooooo many tempatations.
