I find my weight can fluctuate 1.5kg (4lb) from morning to night. All it takes is a few meals, a few glasses of water, and not having gone to the bathroom yet. Don't lose heart!

I've only ever tried the banana + egg recipe, and that was a COMPLETE AND UTTER DISASTER. Almost worth having the kilojoules in normal pancakes, just to avoid the paleo banana pancake fiasco.

I don't know if it's available outside of Australia, but Aeroplane Jelly's Jellylite range is amazing. 125gm per serve, at only 29 kilojoules (under 8 calories!). That shiz is the bomb, and really helps with the post-dinner sweet cravings!
