I have about 85 more to lose down from 116. Any of you, feel free to send a friend request. :)

Wasn't expecting to cry on my lunch break but it was worth it. You are an amazing individual, and I am glad I got to read about your journey. I hope that you have continued success in your life, and know that the rest of us are along for the ride too. You're an inspiration to us all. =)

I think I am a 19 or 20...but I want to be a 3 or a 4. 4 if my Girls stay after weight loss, lol.

Dang-o. All I can say is this does NOT sound pleasant and I hope you feel better soon! ????

I'm working on it slowly but surely. My wedding isn't until April 2016 (so far!) so I'm not as pressed for time as some of you. Any of you lovely Bride-to-Be's may add me! =)

Fully on board for Option E.

SW: 266 (ugh..) CW: 245 GW: 150 It's pretty far off but I'm trying. Anyone can add me.

Thank you all for your replies! I'm actually really proud of YOU all for all of your accomplishments thus far. I guess 20 lbs in 3 months isn't as bad as I thought. To the person that asked about my Fitbit burn- I have a Desk job but I am up and running around the office a fair amount during the day. Also I usually have to…

Thyroid has been checked, and it is fine. Not diabetic either, no PCOS. I do have a Vitamin D and B12 deficiency. Sleep is another story; my sleep has been beyond screwed for like 10 years. I haven't found a way to combat that yet, sadly. The only medication that could be causing weight gain would be Birth control or…

True, you must have been frustrated at that! I know it's more of a marathon than a sprint, it's just disheartening being this size and not losing weight faster despite doing things right. Thank you all for your replies and motivation. I think I just really needed to hear it.

Maybe that's it....the goal seems SO bloody far off that its discouraging. What was your calorie intake at that weight, khoshgeleh16? Do you recall?
-
It sure feels like it lol. Other people's posts who are my size are losing like crazy. I just don't know if I have my calories counted incorrectly or what.
-
I am indeed, yes. Weigh and measure everything that goes in. Overestimate if I eat food when out and about.
-
1700 usually. I have a Fitbit but I am pretty Sedentary aside from step based activities. On a good day, I may be able to eat around 2,000 cals when eating back Fitbit Adjustments.

I work in an Optometrists Office. Please go see an eye doctor ASAP. :( Please.

For me, it's GERD acting up. I have many nights where I can hardly sleep because I feel I'm gonna throw up. It's not fun and my asthma and its medicine only exacerbate the problem. :(
-
I take measurements once a month, usually around the 1st. I do however weigh in every day. I only log losses on MFP but have another app that I log every little (frustrating) fluctuation. :)

In for replies. I too have bad asthma. I'm now on Dulera and it helps but I still have trouble breathing in the evenings.

In for the GIFs. :)

I live in Ukiah! About two hours north of San Francisco. Does that count? :)

I have another 100lbs to lose and I'm using my food scale for everything. It's really opened my eyes to how much I had been eating.
-
+1 for your quote. LOVE IT. <3 I eat eggs daily at breakfast with my wheat, double fiber toast. Keeps me full until lunchtime.
-
I weigh daily, right after I get up and use the restroom. I don't freak out if the number goes up, but I only log losses in MFP; I log everything in an app called Weightbot.
-
+1. I fully agree.

I too have over 100lbs to lose, and was set at 1200 calories. I tried it for a few days and I was ravenous, cranky, and generally not a nice person to be around. I changed my goal from Lose 2 per week to 1.5 and upped my activity level from Sedentary to Lightly Active, and I am now at 1,910 calories per day. I rarely reach…

Welcome! I got a bit misty eyed at your story, truth be told. Congrats on wanting to make a lifestyle change for the better. We all start somewhere and you sure have kickstarted it. I would love to see your journey unfold. Feel free to add me. =)

I haven't done any exercising aside from walking around my Office at work like normal and I've lost over 10lbs in one month counting calories alone. I will be exercising eventually but I am trying to get my asthma under control first before I go down that path. Feel free to add me I'd love to help you along in your…

Hello! I will be turning 30 in about a month. Starting weight was 266...ugh. Now I am down to 255 in a months time. I would love to have more friends for this journey! I have roughly 90 more pounds to go. Anyone is free to add me.
-
I too am trying to lose 100lbs. I never thought I could stick to a diet type plan because I had always failed in the past. I started MFP on February 6th and have lost 10lbs since then. I would love to help you on your journey here. Feel free to add me (and anyone else reading this too!) Best of luck to you. :)

Definitely this. And thank you Sir, for making my day. =D
