  • Don't sweat it. As long as it's the exception & not the rule, everything will be fine. It's hard to keep control of the calories when you're having food that is provided for you/eating out. You may have blown your calories for the day, but you also made an effort with some smart/thoughtful choices too; & remember: Tomorrow…
  • Recently had a Black Cherry Kickback, from Mountain Dew - Supposedly has some fruit juice in it. Tastes like low grade cough syrup, didn't finish the can, & that's not like me. The truly worst cola is "W" Cola from Wegmans. I opened a can, didn't finish it, & took the rest of the case back to the store for a refund. Awful!

I also found some…

  • Yeah, me too. I'm pretty good about working out, tho' I'd rather sit on the couch. The eating is the hardest part. Could use some real-life tips & motivation.
  • When I go to the gym & see obese folks there, I say "good for you! keep it up." When I first started I felt very self-conscious, but discovered that while you might catch someone looking your way, people are generally too involved in their own workout to be judgmental. I've also decided that "I don't know other people's…
