I had this Ethiopian chicken dish once and they use a spongy bread type thing to scoop the food with and the chicken was delish, but that spongy bread stuff was disgusting.

You do realize that 200 g is like 3 servings, right? Fifty or 60g, plus veggies and a small side would be a sensible meal.

Honey, I wish you luck. Not in your weight loss, because you are beautiful, if that is what YOU want, then it will happen. Your husband sound like he is a pig. Sorry for the honesty, but run, far and fast. That type of emotional abuse often turns physical.

I think the problem with that is a 'dessert' breakfast spikes your blood sugar followed by a crash, where as a breakfast (which could be sweet) of a protein and complex carb would keep your blood sugar level, ward off hunger and give you a steady energy level to make until lunch.
