I agree with a nursing frenzy... drink lots of water and up your calories a bit to help move it along. Were you taking fenugreek correctly? Three tablets three times a day? If that didn't work try upping it to 4 three times a day. But it takes a few days, so your growth spurt would be over / supply up by then.

Have you tried chewing gum? But I agree... if you can't go without eating save some calories for it. I always save 200 calories so I can have a snack after I have the kids in bed.
